  • PICD reached 38,410 community members (13,444 men, 24,966 women, 215 PWD)
  • 374 agro-dealers and 373 stockists profiled
  • Ksh 15M inclusion grants disbursed to 15 SACCOs
  • 2 FPOs supported with EDPs (Makueni Dairy – Ksh 4.4M; Kathonzweni Dairy – Ksh 7.2M)
  • 137,372 mango boxes marketed via 7 exporters
  • 158 ToTs and 270 lead farmers trained
  • 141 Agripreneurs trained and profiled 64,582 farmers
  • County Irrigation Development Unit established
  • 73,236 farmers accessed subsidized fertilizer
  • 18 SACCOs and 8 FPOs automated
  • 30 CDDCs signed MoUs with County Government
  • 19 FPOs approved for vaccination covering 196,944 animals

Project Progress

  • Implementation on track with strong performance across all components.
  • Budget absorption: FY 2023/24 – Ksh 105.7M (52.9%); FY 2024/25 – Ksh 209.9M
  • Total funding: Ksh 378.7M (IDA: 358.7M + County: 20M)
  • Overall absorption: 94%.
  • PSC, CTAC, and CPCU providing effective oversight.
